All of us do travel often and find looking for basic info, for example, connections sometimes too overwhelming. The idea is to gather all relevant and important information before and during the travel in terms of transport, accommodation, activities and the whole package.

A mobile app that would help the customers from the first to the last step of travel.

Here is the data from the Jotform survey.

People always differ with their choices. The survey contained mainly questions about preferences, budgets, drawbacks of websites/apps they have used so far and lastly which website/app would they recommend.

With that we were able to know about their needs and expectations of our App.

Competitor Analysis 

We made a competitor analysis and collected information about positive as well as negative features of many products and used this to design a better and competitive version of the service.

The App considers individual cases like students with limited budget, but also designed and thought for everyone. Depending on the need of the customers. Customers without a plan may choose a whole package including destination country, flight, accommodation, and may add on it means of transport as well as activities.

Customers have the option to get more inspired through exchanging experiences among each other using the 'Review' functionality, regarding the places they visited in the destination country as well as the different accommodations they have stayed in.
